1.1. These purchase and sale rules (hereinafter – Rules) establish the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the person purchasing goods from the www.doohoo.lt online store (hereinafter – Buyer) and UAB Doohoo (hereinafter – Seller).
1.2. A sales contract between the Buyer and Seller is considered concluded when the Buyer forms a shopping cart in the online store, provides personal information, selects a payment method, clicks the “Pay” button, and completes the payment. The contract is valid until all obligations under this contract are fulfilled.
1.3. All individuals from the age of fourteen (minors with the consent of parents or guardians) have the right to purchase from the www.doohoo.lt online store.
2.1. The Seller undertakes to make every effort to enable the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the online store:
2.1.1. The Seller will make every effort to ensure that the order is executed on time and in full. If the Seller cannot deliver the ordered product for objectively justified reasons, they will offer the Buyer a similar or as similar as possible product. No additional payment will be required if the substitute product is more expensive.
2.1.2. The Seller has the right to change, amend, or supplement the Rules for important reasons, indicating the date of their last revision. Changes to the Rules apply to new orders and do not affect unfulfilled orders submitted by the Buyer.
2.1.3. The Seller has other rights and obligations as provided in the Rules and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
3.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods and services from the www.doohoo.lt online store, in accordance with these Rules and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
3.2. Upon receiving the shipment, the Buyer must check for any external damage and verify that all ordered products have arrived. Goods of suitable quality that the Buyer does not like in terms of form, size, color, model, or completeness are exchanged or returned in accordance with the Retail Trade Rules approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on June 11, 2001, No. 697, the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, and other applicable laws of the Republic of Lithuania. If the Buyer is not satisfied with the quality of perishable goods, they must contact the Seller within 72 hours of delivery by email: info@doohoo.lt.
3.3. The Buyer must pay for the selected goods, their delivery fee, and any additional charges (if specified in the contract) and accept the ordered goods.
3.4. Payment can be made using payment through banks operating in Lithuania or by entering credit card details at the time of payment.
3.5. The Buyer has other rights and obligations as provided in the Rules and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
4.1. It is considered that the Buyer is familiar with and agrees to comply with the Privacy Policy and the processing of their data for the purpose of fulfilling the order while browsing the www.doohoo.lt website. The Buyer agrees that personal data (name, surname, email address, phone number, delivery address) will be processed for the purpose of selling goods and services in the online store. The Buyer has the right to access their personal data processed by the Seller and how they are processed, to request correction, destruction, or suspension of processing activities when the data is processed in violation of legal provisions, and to disagree with the processing of their personal data. To do this, the customer must contact by email info@doohoo.lt.

5. Sending Information
5.1. The Seller sends all messages to the email address provided by the Buyer.
5.2. The Buyer sends all messages and questions to the Seller’s specified contacts (by email info@doohoo.lt or by phone +370 023 8748).
6.1. Basic Principles. A monthly subscription is ordered on the website https://www.doohoo.lt/, choosing the desired subscription term plan – 1, 6, or 12 months. Upon ordering a subscription, you undertake to receive it for the specified period and agree that the monthly fee will be automatically deducted from your bank card. Each month we will send you a package that may consist of toys, treats, food samples, or other products for dogs (“Goods”). The quantity and composition of Goods in each subscription month may vary; the customer cannot choose the composition and theme of the doohoo subscription box. The subscription box will be sent to the address specified at the time of ordering. The customer pays for shipping costs unless otherwise stated on our website.
6.2. Payment and Payments. The subscription price must be fully paid before delivery, i.e., the monthly fee is successfully deducted from your bank card. When ordering a subscription, you only pay for the first month, and the payment for subsequent months will be deducted on the same day of the month as you made the first payment. You are responsible for paying the subscription fee on time. You may be charged local sales tax or VAT (if applicable), and you agree to pay it. When purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay doohoo directly or through a third-party payment processing service provider. We currently accept these credit cards: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, Revolut, Šaulių Bankas, Medicinos Banktas, and other international companies.
Instead of directly processing your credit card information, we use a third-party payment service. By providing your credit card information, you grant doohoo the right to store and process your information with a third-party payment service, which it may occasionally change. You agree that doohoo will not be responsible for any third-party failures to properly protect such information. You agree that we may change the third-party payment service and transfer your information to other service providers who encrypt your information using Secure Socket Layer technology (SSL) or other similar security technology.
doohoo reserves the right to change the subscription price at any time, but it does not apply to customers who have previously purchased a subscription, i.e., the customer is subject to the monthly subscription price they paid the first time they purchased a subscription. doohoo reserves the right to initiate special promotions or other measures that may be limited in duration, geography, distributed by customer type, etc. In the case of a doohoo price reduction or promotional offer, we do not provide price protection or refunds.
6.3. Subscription Extension. Each month you will be automatically charged for the existing subscription. If you have chosen a subscription plan longer than one month, i.e., 6 or 12 months, you undertake to adhere to this subscription duration, i.e., you cannot terminate it earlier. After the end of the subscription period, the subscription will be automatically extended for the same period, unless you cancel it in your account settings before the end of the subscription period. You can cancel the subscription at any time, but you will not receive a refund for the remaining subscription period. After canceling the subscription, you will not be charged for the next subscription period.
6.4. Subscription Cancellation. You can cancel the subscription at any time, but you will not receive a refund for the remaining subscription period. After canceling the subscription, you will not be charged for the next subscription period.
6.5. Subscription Termination. doohoo reserves the right to terminate your subscription at any time without prior notice if you violate these Rules or any other terms and conditions of the website. In this case, you will not receive a refund for the remaining subscription period.
6.6. Subscription Changes. doohoo reserves the right to change the subscription terms at any time. You will be notified by email about any changes to the subscription terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you can cancel the subscription before the changes take effect.
6.7. Subscription Delivery. The subscription box will be sent to the address specified at the time of ordering. The customer pays for shipping costs unless otherwise stated on our website. The subscription box will be sent on the 15th of each month. If the 15th falls on a weekend or public holiday, the box will be sent on the next business day. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If the box is returned to us due to incorrect delivery information, you will be charged for resending the box.
6.8. Subscription Returns. You can return the subscription box within 14 days of receiving it, but you will not receive a refund for the remaining subscription period. After canceling the subscription, you will not be charged for the next subscription period.
6.9. Subscription Complaints. If you have any complaints about the subscription, you can contact us by email at info@doohoo.lt or by phone at +370 023 8748. We will respond to your complaint within 14 days.
6.10. Subscription Liability. doohoo is not responsible for any damage caused by the Goods in the subscription box. You are responsible for checking the Goods for defects and notifying us within 14 days of receiving the box. If you do not notify us within this period, you lose the right to return the Goods.
6.11. Subscription Force Majeure. doohoo is not responsible for any delays or failures to deliver the subscription box due to force majeure events, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6.12. Subscription Dispute Resolution. Any disputes arising from the subscription will be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
7.1. All disagreements arising from or related to the purchase-sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller are to be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
7.2. The Buyer – as a consumer – must first submit a written request and (or) complaint to the Seller and specify their requirements. If the Buyer disagrees with the Seller’s response, they can turn to the State Consumer Rights Protection Service (address: Vilniaus g. 25, 01402 Vilnius, email: tarnyba@vvtat.lt, phone: 852626751, website: www.vvtat.lt) or fill out a request form on the Online Consumer Dispute Resolution platform, at the address https://ec.europa.eu/odr/.
